Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on all orders before shipment and expect to receive your order(s) within 1-4 business days.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays: We strive to meet our delivery times, but delays can occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please allow extra time for delivery before contacting customer support.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or misdelivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping: A valid phone number and email address are required at checkout. Orders cannot be shipped without both.

  • International orders: 4–20 business days

Customs & Tariffs (International Orders): Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to local customs authorities. We are not responsible for these charges.
